A Gold Vermeil ring which can be engraved with your choice of letters/numbers. You can also choose the height of the band and the finish.
Engravings will standardly be in capital letters and I can fit a maximum of 15 characters on the inside of each band. I can also engrave a heart and these characters - . / & If you would like a heart engraved please use the % sign in the engraving box to signify this.
If you would like the lettering to be in lowercase or would like the engraving on the outside please send me an email!
Gold Vermeil pieces consist of a layer of 18ct gold electroplated onto a sterling silver base. Gold Vermeil pieces are made purely from precious metals, unlike gold-plated items, and have a much thicker coating of 18ct gold. Gold Vermeil pieces must have at least a 2.5-micron layer whereas gold-plating only requires a minimum of 0.5 microns. This means the piece contains 5x the gold. 18ct gold is an alloy which contains 75% pure gold and this is the highest percentage of gold that jewellery should be made of due to the soft nature of solid gold.

Shipping
If you are purchasing from the ready-made section of the site your piece will be dispatched within three working days.
Otherwise, I handmake each piece to order, so wait time is standardly around 2 weeks. Some items will be ready sooner but pieces which contain gold may take around 4 weeks due to hallmarking.
